2:00 PM - 3:30 PM afternoon session
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM evening session
Taught by Megan Spring, who maintains five different strains of sourdough starter, including one from Ireland and one from Alaska. Bring a pint jar to take home some starter. Learn its history and how to use it, including recipes and baked goods to sample. Cost is $25
